1. Features
CZB5E Series Intelligent Charger is the organic combination of leakage transformer, techn
ology of Silicon-controlled rectifier and Microcomputer Control. This device could optimize Wsa
+Pulse charging characteristic curve. As charge voltage of battery increases, charge current d
ecreases automatically.
Pulse charge would be performed before gas emissions or in late stage of recharge. On the
premise of guarantee adequate battery power, this device would lower greatly internal temperature
and reduce gas emissions of battery, prolong the life of battery effectively and raise the charging
efficiency eventually.
The whole product has simple structure, convenient operation, complete functions and high
efficiency.
2.Applications
This device would be applicable to recharge of lead-acid batteries which could be used in
various electric vehicle such as power pallet trucks, fork-lift truck, lift truck, electronic tour bus.
3.Operating conditions
(1)No higher than 2000 meters in altitude.
(2)Ambient temperature between 10 and 40 degrees C.
(3)Relative humidity not exceed 85% for conditions of ambient temperature around 20ºC ±5ºC.
(4)Store in a place free from conductive dust & the risk of explosion.
(5)Do not store in harmful atmosphere such as corrosive gas, insulating gas, steam.
(6)Store in a place free from rain & snow
(7)Deviation from vertical shall be less than 5 degrees. Working situation without violent vibration
and striking.
Single-phase AC(1/N/PE) or two-phase AC(2/PE) input power
voltage. The code of the E, Frequency:50-60Hz.
Three-phase AC(3/PE) input power voltage. The code of the D, Frequency: 50/60Hz

- Startup setting:For selecting the starting mode of the charger, normal startup or delayed start.
- Current indicator lamp:This lamp would indicate charging current magnitude .The brighter this lamp appears,the greater the current . With all lights on, it shows charging current has increased to its maximum value, namely the rated current.
- "Information" key:
- Press "Info." key for 4 seconds, release the key till the indicator lamp of equalization charge lights up, it indicates that mode of equalization charge has been selected.
- Press "Info." key for 10 seconds, release the key till the indicator lamp of initial charge lights up, it indicates that mode of initial charge has been selected.
- Press "Info." key for 6 seconds: Charge mode you have selected would be canceled.
4) Status indicator lamp:
- Indicator lamp "Working": When this light is on, it shows this device is charging at the moment.
- Indicator lamp "80%": When this light is on, it shows recharge capacity has exceeded 80%.
- Indicator lamp "100%": When this light is on, it shows battery been charged completely, which means the battery is full of energy now.
- Indicator lamp of "Equalization Charge": When this light is on, it shows mode of equalization charge has been selected this time. When this light flashing, it shows equalization charge is performed at the moment.
- Indicator lamp of "Initial": When both this and operation indicator lamp are on, it shows initial charge is performed at the moment.
- : When this light is on, it shows there is something wrong with this charger. Equipment fault information could be acquired through the number of current indicator lamps which are on. Each number represents different fault information.
