The X, Y, Z three-axis drive ball screws of this machine tool are provided by Taiwan professional supporting manufacturers. Triaxial motor and precise high-speed ball screw drive directly to enhance the rigidity and precision. The bearings on both ends of the ball screw adopt the matched combination of imported P4 grade 60 ° contact angle ball screw special bearings, and the triaxial ball screw are pretensioned. The coupling adopts the precision coupling to ensure the rigidity of the three-axis drive, the stability and reliability of precision.
- Linear guide rail is adopted,which has the characteristics of high rigidity, low noise and low friction. It can be used for rapid displacement and obtaining the best cycle precision.
- The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts automatic lubrication unit, which can ensure that any lubrication part can be fully lubricated. Oil must be supplied once every 20 minutes for at least 25 seconds once. Lubricating oil shall be used as required. When the oil pump and system alarm, stop the operation immediately and check the oil circuit.
