Static Screen Work Process
The main body of the static screen is a stainless steel curved or flat filter screen made of wedge-shaped steel rods. The wastewater passes through the weir and is evenly distributed to the inclined screen surface. The smooth surface and large back gap prevent blockages. Solid matter is trapped, and filtered water flows out from the sieve plate gap. Hydraulic force pushes solid matter to the lower end for discharge, achieving solid-liquid separation.
