4. It is equipped with a dual-channel automatic temperature controller, which has small temperature fluctuation during heating. According to different processing technologies, the heating temperature can be ideally selected, and the set temperature of the heated barrel and head can be automatically controlled.

5. The barrel is electrically heated, and the machine adopts circulating cooling, which can instantly cool the material to avoid material decomposition

6. Technical conditions for hot-air vulcanization baking: the baking materials of two-stage type, shaping section and post-drying section are 304 stainless steel plates, aluminum silicate insulation materials are placed in the middle, and mirror panels are sprayed on the outside.

7. After the mold adjustment of the extruder is completed, 1-2 people will patrol and monitor the operation and refueling, and 2 people will be responsible for the rubber mixing operation.

Due to the characteristics of cold extrusion and hot molding of silica gel extruded LED light strip, in order to ensure the good luminous consistency, flatness and transparency of the light strip, the requirements for the stability of the extruder are high, the extrusion speed is uniform, the transmission parts and screws are required to wear resistant, the whole machine is required to have low noise, and the cold requirements of the extruder are all the requirements for uniform heating of the tunnel furnace, good thermal insulation effect, and high heating efficiency.
