application:
1. This product is a silicone lubricant with high silicone content. It can show good dispersion and lubricity during processing, and has no precipitation risk in the formula system, with good performance retention.

Using EVA as the carrier resin, this product is suitable for using EVA as the matrix resin or modified plastic system with excellent compatibility with EVA resin, such as halogen-free flame retardant cable material, which can effectively improve the processing properties such as die buildup, and improve the surface gloss and scratch resistance of products.
3. This product is suitable for the shoe material industry. It can not only improve the processing performance of the material, but also significantly improve the wear resistance, surface finish and other properties of the material.

usage method:
In the processing process, it can be granulated or formed after being mixed with resin in proportion. At present, the empirical dosage is 0.5-3.0% of the formula weight, and the most suitable dosage should be determined through experiments.

The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production when it is stored in the original unopened container at atmospheric pressure below 20 ºC.
