Boasting four series with 33 distinct specifications, our filtration systems cover areas from 93m² to an impressive 4361m². They handle air volumes ranging from 6900m³/h to a massive 314000m³/h. Highly versatile, these systems excel in industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical, and refractories. Particularly beneficial for cement plants, these systems manage dust collection efficiently in processes like crushing, drying, coal grinding, packaging, and more. Designed with safety in mind, they include necessary fire and explosion protection measures for coal dust collection, and structural adaptations for high dust concentrations. They are also perfect for cold regions like northern China, post-insulation device installation.

Structural Features:
Our air box pulse dust collectors are categorized by bag count: 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room, each series offering a variety of specifications based on the number of rooms, totaling 33 types. Details are provided in our selection diagram. The structure comprises:
(1) Housing part: This includes the clean room (gas purification box), the filter room, chamber partitions, access doors, and shell structure. The clean room features a poppet valve, flower plate, and short pipe for blowing; the filter room contains the filter and its framework.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Each series and dust concentration level has dedicated ash hoppers, with options such as screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves).
(3) In and out of the air box body: Comprising inlet and outlet air ducts plus a middle partition. Single-row structures are situated on one housing side, while double-row structures are central. The 32 series, being smaller, lacks a box, connecting the air inlet/outlet pipes to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse cleaning device: Encompasses the pulse valve, air bag, poppet valve, and corresponding solenoid valve.
(5) Compressed air line and decompression device, incorporating an oil-water separator and oil mister.
(6) Supporting pillars, vertical cage ladders, and protective railings.

Baghouses are pivotal for filtering and collecting solid particulates in dust-laden gases. Their widespread use spans across power stations, metallurgy, cement, glass, chemical industries, and papermaking.
With exceptional dedusting efficiency surpassing 99.99%, these filters remain impervious to dust properties and electrical resistance.
