GF Series Tubular Centrifuge

The GF series tubular centrifuge, manufactured by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended before operation.

During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force separates the components, causing heavy liquid (water) to form an outer ring and light liquid (oil) to form an inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.

Essential oils can be extracted using two main methods, both of which involve liquid-liquid separation using the tubular centrifuge:

1. Steam Distillation: This common extraction method involves heating aromatic plant material with steam in a distiller. The essential oil evaporates with the vapor, which is then cooled and separated based on specific gravity. This method is cost-effective and widely used for extracting essential oils.
