- The driving, steam inlet and draining system are located inside of both cases. The machine has the beautiful appearance, close structure, and small volume.
- The machine is safe and reliable, The limited position organization is installed at the feeding area, which avoids hands from touching the hand-protecting board when transmission, thus when the hand touches the board, the machine will stop immediately, which can ensure the operators' safety.
- The corresponding speed difference is setup between every layer of conveying system, which makes the fabric tightened and smooth more easily.
- The transmission system is driven by the motor to decelerator, then driving the rotating drum through the chain belt transmission. It has strong overload capacity, It has a certain buffer and vibration-reducing performance. There are loose-tight setting between every chain belt to adjust the machine's looseness or tightness conveniently.
- The machine is transmitted by wide belt and separated by isolated ring, which can avoid the belt's movement during the transmission. At the same time, the machine is connected by mini fibulae, so it is convenient for the installation, dismantlement and replacement.
- The safety valve is installed at the steam inlet. It has adjusted before outgoing the factory, It needn't adjusting again generally when in a normal working condition. The users must send the machine to related institute for inspection every year.
