When the greenhouse adopts the covering material and the roof is not mechanically connected, the roof only bears the gravity load and positive wind pressure, and the wind pressure is transferred to the gutter and the column, which greatly optimizes the stress of the greenhouse structure. The solid film system of plastic greenhouse adopts two ways: fixed and detachable pressing. Fixed material can be anticorrosive wood strip, galvanized steel strip, aluminum alloy strip, etc. Detachable compacting solid film system is also known as "card slot ", card slot is composed of steel, aluminum alloy,PVC and other organic materials, according to the strength of the covering material, life, load bearing conditions, using different forms of card slot. With the development of industrial and greenhouse design technology, a product called "composite card slot" has gradually appeared. This kind of card slot organically combines structural parts with solid film parts, which can be used as load-bearing components and has the characteristics of solid film. At the same time, due to the solid film parts and component production as a whole, but also greatly improve the section characteristics of the component, improve the stiffness of the component and the ability to bear load, performance far component and slot separation structure, in the greenhouse specifications are more standardized, this will become a new technology characteristics and development direction.
