It is mainly composed of the coating machine, the controllable temperature hot-air system and the spray system with automatic liquid/ gas supplying. With VVVF motor, the coating materials are sprayed on tablets' surface by the high-atomized spray gun. At the same time, tablets are having the continuous complex trajectory in the coating pan, so the coating liquid is evenly covered on the tablets. The temperature-controllable hot air in the pan is used to dry tablets, and the tablets' surface film will be solid, fine, full and smooth.
It's easy to operate, the tablets are smooth, glossy and fine, auxiliary material consumption is minimized, it's simple to maintain, and it's the ideal choice for the production in the lab or by small batch.
This machine is used for the sugar/ film coating for Chinese traditional/ western medical tablets, and combines the strong/feebleness electricity, the hydraulic and the pneumatic in one.
