| Main Applicable Materials And Specifications: |
| Machine suits to the slitting of various ultra-large type coiled material, such as plastic film (PVC,OPP,PET, CPP), paper, glass paper, aluminum-foil paper, aluminum foil, adhesive sticker, non-woven fabrics, and other coiled materials slitting and rewinding. |
| 1.Machine adopts PLC control system and HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically. |
| 2. Machine adopts frequency inverter, and Siemens double inverter motors, one motor for material feeding, the other motor controls the tension. |
| 3. Machine adopts hydraulic loading system, it have hydraulic stand full fill oil, use the cylinder control the loading and unloading, this part controlled by separate motor. |
| 4.Machine adopts rectify a deviation system, it controlled by separate correction motor, machine have four guide rail in unwinding stand four corn. It can be rectify a deviation for materials. The motor thrust around 3 tons, it is no problem with your materials. |

Q1: What's payment terms ,trade terms you accept?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment, we usually offer FOB ningbo price. We also accept other ways like L/C, wetern union, and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q2. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just learn some basic things like loading the jumbo roll paper, start the machine and cutting the paper. We will send you manual and video. Our suggestion is for you to visit our factory to learn more things by yourself, and if something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, or email us. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable, and some critical parts like gear box. Our quality is good, in case broken within one year, we will send you for free.
