Exclusive Dual-Core design contribute to even and equal flow pass through each desiccant tube and desiccant bed,avoid desiccant dusting and Tunnel-Effect which likely happen in other traditional desiccant dryer ,those will cause deadly results on Pressure Dew Point,further more,dust and wet air definitely lead to the severe damage on air equipment.Dual-Core Modular design solve these problem and maintain permanent performance on DPD -40°C /-40°F
Dual-Core desiccant tubes are perfectly secured with bottom and top manifold and the sophisticated construction design can help the flow pass with minimum resistance,it all lead to minimum pressure drop and minimum purge lost compare to traditional desiccant dryer.

Removable In-Core tubes can be replaced directly on site with Copsair original filled brand-new In-Core desiccant tube, it make sure the PDP performance is absolutely same with new dryer
Leakage is always the potential risk for traditional modular dryer due to compact and manifold construction ,Dual-Core design can give double warranty to prevent leakage ,Dual-seal, Dual-Pressure-Hold, Dual-Anti-Leakage,it contribute to more energy saving and stability.

Disadvantages: Difficult to replace on site; Great amount desiccant need to be discharged filled; Need four times work-hour compare to ours at same capacity; Loosened and low density of filled desiccant lead to gradually high PDP in short time; Environment unfriendly and risk for operator.
Advantages:Directly replace In-Core desiccant tubes without touch desiccant; Sunwin factory filled In-Core tube make sure to maintain good PDP performance same as new dryer; Minimum time needed, withdraw old tubes and insert new tubes and lock, it is done; Environment friendly.
Adapt independent solenoids and valves to control inflow and purge separately and they are in different side ,this help them work without interference with each other and avoid leakage which more likely happen in other type modular dryer. Independent valves make sure the valve control air work accurately without interference. Easy maintenance and replacement of valves and seal,change the faulty valves directly without dismantle other parts, but in traditional modular dryer,it need to dismantle whole inlet and purge valve set,it need long time and more cost to change whole seal Kit.
Sophisticated Up and Down manifold design contribute to equal flow in each IN-Core desiccant tube,make sure each desiccant bean to adsorb efficiently without Tunnel-Effect.
Friendly Ul design
Use Made-in-Japan Mitsubishi PLC and 7inch LED touch screen with user friendly UI, user can easily monitor dryer status and change the working parameter according real condition to save energy and achieve good performance.


Example: Needed maximum capacity 200m3/min,7bar, Inlet 35°C. Solution one: Twin Tower dryer ,Two 200m3/min dryers needed, one work and one standby,200m3/min capacity standby. Solution two: Dual-Core Modular dryer, 7 units of 34.6m3/min needed ,six work and only one 34.6m3/min standby.

-The Correction Factor for Airflow Capacity Selection

Confirm the maximum inlet air temperature to choose the correction factor( T). Confirm the minimum air pressure to choose the correction factor ( P). Calculation Method:
Expected Dryer Minimum Operation Capacity=Compressed Air Flow/(T x P ). Input the related factor into the formula above, select the operation capacity larger or equivalent to "Expected
Operation Capacity" Dryer model you need.

Standard: Inlet Pressure 7Bar Inlet Temperature T≤35°C Pressure Range: 4.5Bar≤ P <10Bar Temperature Range: 2°C≤T≤45°C Data: Pressure Dew point PDP≤-40°C; Pressure drop 0.15Bar; Purge Lost: 2% to 3% (SMT series); 5% to 6% (SLT&SWT series); Noise ≤75dB(A).
