1. Solution Introduction
Municipal sludge, which is the byproduct of urban drainage system, mainly resulted from the urban drainage system, including sludge of drainage pipe, pump station, and sewage disposal plant. The sewage plant is the main source. The sludge is featured by high content of organic matter (60%~80%), fine particle (0.02~0.2mm), low density (1.002~1.006g/cm3), high moisture content, poor dehydration property, and unstable property, vulnerable to corrosion and pollution.
The sludge from sewage disposal plant is rich in nitrogen, pnicogen, and organic matter, but these elements are not only featured with high moisture content, vulnerable to corrosion and horrible to smell, but also contain numerous pathogenic bacteria, parasitic ovum, and heavy metal such as chrome, mercury, and non-degradation toxics and harmful carcinogen such as polychlorinated biphenyl and dioxins. If the remaining sludge is not removed from the sewage disposal system in time, it will influence the sewage disposal and even result in sewage disposal plants shut down; If the remaining sludge is discarded or deposited carelessly, it will lead to secondary pollution to environment. How to properly disposal the large quantity of deposited remaining sludge has become the urgent problems for many district governments of China at present.
The disposal method based on incineration is the most complete, fast, and economic method for sludge treatment at present; Through this method, all organic matters can be carbonized so as to minimize the volume of sludge (the volume can be reduced by 70%, even excess 90%) and the energy of sediment can be transformed into electric energy or heat energy to make waste profitable and to make a good use of the sludge.
2. Process Flow
The process of Municipal Sludge Decrement and Innoxious Disposal by Direct Incineration

The Process of Sludge Decrement and Innoxious Disposal by Semi-desiccation Incineration
As the process flow shown, the sludge from sewage disposal plant is transferred to the sludge silo after simple mechanical dewatering, and then transferred to the drying equipment for semi-desiccation by sludge clean storage and transportation system, the desiccated sludge will be transported to the incineration equipment for power generation and the produced heat will be recycling used as the heat source of drying equipment.
