Machine description:
Con-VJ series semi-automatic capsule filling machine is special machine which is suitable for medium and small pharmaceutical factory, hospital preparation lab, etc. The machine is adopted programmable control system, touch panel operation, step-less transudation speed-shift, and electronic automatic counter. It can automatic complete the action of position, separation, filling, locking, etc. The dosage is accurate, and the operation is convenient. The overall machine is made of stainless steel, and it is suitable for the capsule which is filled with power and pellet.
The new generation of Con-IV capsule filling machine has been upgraded with a more reasonable, stable and efficient mechanical structure, which has greatly improved
the service life of the machine. Many safety protection devices are added to make the operator's operation safer and simplify the machine cleaning and maintenance
process.
1. Continuous capsule filling structure, the old model is an intermittent inching structure, compared with the old model, the capsule filling rate is higher and more stable.
2. The air inflow of the vacuum pump is increased to 60L per minute, the old model is 40L, and the vacuum effect is more continuous.
3. Equipped with a folding capsule tray, which is convenient for operation and transportation and saves floor space.
4. The newly upgraded capsule locking device has no exposed cylinder and air pipe, making it safer for operators to use.
5. A new integrated cylinder is adopted to make the adjustment of compressed air more convenient and efficient.
6. Clearer compressed air pipeline, the black air pipe is the air intake, and the blue air pipe is the air outlet.
7. Equipped with a capsule filling safety cover to prevent the operator from accidentally touching it.
8. Equipped with a dust collecting box, make the capsule cleaner and easier to clean the machine.
