Regular Processing Stages For Alluvial Gold Ore

Stage 1: Washing--trommel scrubber or trommel screen will be used in this step. If raw ore contain much sticky clay or heavy clay,have to use trommel scrubber. If raw ore dont contain sticky clay,just alluvial only or just sand only, we can use trommel screen.

Stage 2: Classification size--it usually will be finished in the first step, because the trommel scrubber with screen at the end, and the trommel screen itself is screening equipment. when the ore is washed clean,then screening out waste stones and the needed size materials will go into next machine.

Stage 3: Gravity concentration--centrifugal concentrator,jig separator,sluice box and shaking table will be used in this step. the four machines can be used at the same,also can just use one or two or three of them which depends on customer's budget. But if you want to achieve highests recovery rate,the four machines need be used at the same time.

Stage 4: Gold refining system--gold amalgamator,distiller retort and gold smelting furnace will be used in this step,you can get pure gold bar from this step.
