Backpack powder recovery devices are generally equipped with powerful suction devices that can form an effective negative pressure zone near the source of powder generation. This allows the powder generated during processing or operation to be quickly sucked into the recovery device without being scattered and accumulated in large quantities in the working area.

Electic heating oven

The use of 10mm rock wool board insulation layer can effectively reduce the heat loss from the oven to the outside, maintain the high temperature environment in the oven, reduce energy consumption, and save operating costs. It is a non-combustible building material with a fireproof grade of A. And it is easy to install and maintain

The reason why we can keep our machine powder spraying rate superior to most other suppliers is based on the following reasons:
1. Gun body and cascading shell materials: We use anti-static materials to protect the high voltage when passing through the gun body.
2. Nozzle resistance: We use glass glaze resistance instead of paper film resistance, which can transmit voltage more accurately and has a longer life (that is why the life of our nozzle is 3-4 times longer than that of other nozzles)
3. Gun cable: If we use cheap cables, when the voltage is reduced by 5% from the control unit, we use cables with shielded wires to keep the voltage high.
