small mini plastic PET bottle crusher

FEATURE :

The small plastic granulator is also popular as a plastic crusher. It features a compact design and small footprint. This is a popular pelletizer used primarily in small recycling facilities. It has also been adopted by some manufacturing plants as an in-house waste management solution.

The blade adopts stepped distribution which can improve the cutting force and enhance working efficiency. Movable screen and dismounting convenience are easy for cleaning and changing. Sound insulation interlace is used in the feeding mouth to reduce the noise level and improve the working environment. A limited switch is installed in the feeding mouth to protect the operator's safety. This machine is specially used for recycling of material head, leftover material, scraped injection molding and PET bottles. It can improve work efficiency matching with crusher. The discharge of this machine is equipped with a screen to control the crushed granules below a certain particle size. Thus it can make the final pellets suitable for processing in the next recycling step.

Plastic Lump crusher is designed and manufactured for processingare especially suitable for larger and harder subjects like injection lump plastics, etc. Blade sets made by once cutting from steel plate, adopted with patent front-positioning blades design enlarging cutting angle and increasing cutting efficiency.
