Product Description

Small medical waste microwave treatment equipment is also called ZT-MWT series mobile microwave sterilization and disinfection equipment. It is a device that uses microwave irradiation and saturated steam for synergistic sterilization and disinfection. Its basic principle is to use the heat of steam, the thermal effect of microwaves and the biological effect of microwaves to kill bacteria, especially the biological sterilization effect of microwaves. The point distribution of microwaves on the cross section of the bacterial membrane affects the density of electrons and ions around the cell membrane, thereby changing the permeability of the cell membrane and killing bacteria. From a biochemical point of view, the nucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) for normal growth and reproduction of bacteria are curled macromolecules tightly connected by several hydrogen bonds. Microwaves can cause hydrogen bonds to relax, break and recombine, thereby inducing genetic gene or chromosome aberration and breakage. Microwave sterilization uses electromagnetic field effects and biological effects to kill microorganisms.

Types of medical waste that can be processed:

Process Flow

1) The medical waste in the medical waste turnover box is transported to the medical waste disposal center by the medical waste transfer vehicle and unloaded into the standard trash can in the medical waste loading area;

2) The automatic loading module automatically sends the medical waste in the standard medical waste trash can into the closed silo;

3) The automatic loading module is linked with the closed cover of the closed silo, and the medical waste automatically enters the multifunctional closed crushing module through the closed silo. The multifunctional crushing module and the negative pressure inside the closed silo are exhausted to prevent the spillage of harmful substances. The multifunctional crushing module crushes and reduces the internal medical waste into small pieces of medical waste (about 5cm in size);

4) Small pieces of medical waste automatically enter the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber through the screen;

5) There is a material mixing module inside the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber to fully mix the small pieces of medical waste in the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber;

6) The spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber is equipped with a microwave disinfection treatment unit to generate electromagnetic waves of corresponding frequency wavelengths;

7) A steam heating system is set up next to the microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber, and high-temperature pressure steam is sent into the microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber through a steam pipe;

8) Under the interaction of high-temperature pressure steam and electromagnetic waves of corresponding frequency wavelengths, the disinfection and sterilization of medical waste is completed. Among them, the spiral is the temperature in the microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber ≥95ºC, the disinfection time of medical waste ≥45 minutes, and the medical waste is transported and propelled in the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber, so that the medical waste is rotated and stirred while moving forward, so that the medical waste is heated and disinfected uniformly, achieving the most ideal sterilization effect.

9) After sterilization, the medical waste residue is discharged through the automatic discharging screw system.
