The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, engineered with state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design, is a marvel of modern engineering. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and swift dual A/D conversion, transforming into a digital signal that is then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected by the microprocessor.
Transmitters with HART protocol convert this signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conveniently managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 High Precision Digital Pressure Transmitter features an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a possible peak of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance and repair.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
