Product Description
1- Application
NWM AMR/AMI water meter with Non-magnetic transmission technology that used for residential drinking water measurement application. The device use mechanical multi jet dry type water meter as the base meter, get the electronic pulse reading signal through mechanical and electrical conversion from the Non-magnetic counting, then transfer the data via NB-IOT /LoRa / LoRaWAN network to the smart metering system
Network topology structure

Non-magnetic water meters use eddy current effect.
According to Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle, when block-like metal conductor is in a changing magnetic field or is cutting magnetic field lines, the conductor will produce a spiral-like induction current.
Shown as figure 3: Inductance coil marked as number 1 and 2,metal plate marked as number 3 and 4
When No.3 and No.4 rotary, the distance between the metal plate to the eddy current sensor become change, which change the inductance coil Q value accordingly, finally lead to change of the oscillation voltage amplitude. This full series of changing from the different detective distance transform into the value voltage changes after the oscillation voltage detection, filtering, linear compensation, amplification normalization process, , and then generate pulse counting signal number 5 and 6 by the single chip process. As shown in figure, there are 4 positions: 00.01.11.10 turn to 00.01.11.10 and reverse to 10.11.01.00 which enable the water meter to identify the flow direction during using.
