JK-01NP SNF-A Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (Na2SO4≤5%) is a naphthalene-based highly effective water reducing agent for promoting accelerated early and ultimate strength development, commonly referred to as a superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (NSF), SNF, PNS and FDN etc.
JK-01NP SNF-A Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (Na2SO4≤5%) possesses the features of no retarding, no air-introducing, superplastic high water-reducing and strength enhancing. It has no chloride, low alkali content, low sulphonate, and high purity. It can be widely used in different concretes with less dosage and easy to use.
JK-01NP SNF-A Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (Na2SO4≤5%) can be applied to make flowing, strong or steam-curing concrete. The minimum working temperature can be as low as 0ºCdegrees. In steam curing, concrete with superplasticizer has to be strong enough before heating. The steam curing specification has to be pre-tested. It is particularly used as base material for compound admixtures.

- Ideal for using in high strength concrete, flowing concrete, early strength concrete, precast steam curing concrete, prestressed concrete etc. where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation.
- Be used as basic material to produce others compound admixtures, (such as accelerating and water-reducing admixture, retarding and water-reducing admixture, pumping antifreeze and pumping water-reducing admixture, etc.)
- Substantial improvement in work-ability without increased water or the risk of segregation. Normal set without retardation, even when overdosed. Improved density and surface finish.
- High water reducing rate. High strengths after 8 hours.
- Compatible with Portland cement, Normal Portland cement, Portland Slag Cement, Flyash Cement, Portland Pozzolanic Cement, etc.

0.5-1.5% by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.
JK-01NP SNF-A Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (Na2SO4≤5%) can be added directly or added in after dissolved in water. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing (better). The after-mixing approach can achieve better result.
For powder: Powder packed in 25kg bag or 650kg jumbo bag.
It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
