Product Description

Product information
ADOS is a new type of Trinder's staining reagent with high water solubility. It is a stable aniline analogue with a wide pH range for color generation and oxidation reactions, making it suitable for diagnostic testing and biochemical experiments. There are several advantages in colorimetric determination of hydrogen peroxide activity compared to conventional chromogenic reagents.

Advantages of ADOS
The new Trinder's reagent is a highly water-soluble aniline derivative widely used in diagnostic testing and biochemical experiments. There are several advantages in colorimetric determination of hydrogen peroxide activity compared to conventional chromogenic reagents. The new Trinder's reagent is stable enough to be used in both solution and experimental pipeline detection systems. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide and peroxidase, the new Trinder's reagent forms a very stable purple or blue dye in the process of oxidative coupling reaction with Ampyrone (4-AA) or 3-methyl Benzothiazole sulfone hydrazone (MBTH).

Precautions for the use of toos
The chromogenic substrate ADOS can be used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects of new drugs in experiments, providing strong support for Drug development. During the drug screening process, the chromogenic substrate ADOS can bind to the tested protein and evaluate the effectiveness of the drug by measuring the changes in chromogenic intensity in the sample. At the same time, ADOS can also be used to evaluate the toxic and side effects of drugs, such as determining whether the drug will cause damage to cells by observing the changes in its absorbance in the sample. This method has high sensitivity and can provide data in a short period of time to assist experimental personnel in making judgments.
