Why the mixer is tagged with "high speed" and "turbo"?
Vertical arranged special shape designed mixing tools with a high rotation speed(peripheral speed 20-50m/s) lead to a "turbo" flowing of mixtures. The high speed intensive motion causes massive friction among mixtures which leads to "heating" effect to mixture. The accompanied temperature raise creates perfect compounding condition for additives e.g. plasticizer, stabilizer, lube, etc at different temperature range while mixing is ongoing.
