Solar pv mounting brackets for flat roof is a structural support system designed for flat roofs to securely and efficiently fix solar panels. It is made of lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy or stainless steel. The modular design adapts to different roof sizes and solar panel layouts, optimising the angle of sunlight (e.g. adjustable from 0° to 30°) while ensuring that the waterproof layer of the roof is not damaged. It is suitable for flat roof scenarios such as homes, commercial buildings, warehouses, etc. and is compatible with mainstream solar panel models.

Features & Benefits
1.Lightweight and High Strength
Aircraft-grade aluminium alloy material, corrosion-resistant, extreme weather-resistant, load-bearing capacity of 100kg/group or more.
2.Flexible Angle Adjustment
Support 0°~30° tilt angle adjustment, maximise the efficiency of sunlight absorption, adapt to different seasonal light demand.
3.Non-destructive installation
Weighted base (optional concrete block or bolt fixing) to avoid penetrating the roof and protect the integrity of the waterproof layer.
4.Quick Installation
Modular design, pre-assembled holes and standardised fittings reduce installation time by 50%.
5.Excellent wind resistance
Dynamic wind tunnel test, can withstand strong winds of class 12 (≥ 120km/h), in line with international building safety standards.
6.Environmental compatibility
100% recyclable materials, compatible with monocrystalline silicon, thin film and other solar panel types.

1. Tool preparation:
electric drill, level, spanner, safety rope, counterweight block/expansion bolt.
Step by step guide:
2. Roof Assessment
Confirm roof load-bearing capacity (≥25kg/m²) and drainage paths, avoiding pipes or vulnerable areas.
3. Positioning Marking
According to the solar panel layout plan, use chalk to mark the position of the racking base, keeping the horizontal spacing consistent.
4.Fixing the base
Counterweight type: place concrete blocks and fix the base; Bolt type: drill holes and install waterproof spacers and lock them.
5.Assemble the bracket
Connect the vertical rod with the horizontal beam according to the instructions, use stainless steel bolts to reinforce, make sure the vertical error is <2°.
6.Adjust the angle
Loosen the angle adjusting bolt, set the inclination angle and lock it (recommended local latitude +5°~10°).
7.Install solar panel
Snap the panels into the bracket rails, fix them with clamps and check that there is no looseness or offset.
8.Final Inspection
Test the wind-resistant cable (if any), review all connection points and clean up the site.
Safety tips: Installation by a professional team is recommended, wear protective equipment when working at height, and follow local building codes.

Q1: Is it suitable for all flat roof types?
A: It is suitable for common flat roofs such as concrete, asphalt, EPDM, etc. Before installation, it is necessary to make sure that the roof structure is intact and the load bearing is up to standard.
Q2: What is the maximum load capacity of the bracket system?
A: A single set of brackets can carry 100-150kg (depending on the configuration), and the overall load bearing capacity of the roof should be ≥25kg/m².
Q3:Do I need to apply for a permit for installation?
A: Some areas require a building permit, please consult local regulations and provide proof of structural safety in advance.
Q4: How is the wind resistance guaranteed?
A: It adopts aerodynamic design + double fixing of foot weights/bolts, and complies with IEC 61215 wind resistance standard.
Q5: Do I need regular maintenance?
A: It is recommended to check the bolt tightness, clear snow/debris and check the state of the waterproof layer every year.
Q6: How long is the life of the bracket?
A: The material life is more than 25 years, and accessories (e.g. rubber gasket) are recommended to be replaced every 10 years.
Q7: Can I install it by myself?
A: Modular design supports DIY, but it involves roof safety and electrical connection, professional operation is strongly recommended.
Q8: Is it environmentally friendly?
A: The materials are 100% recyclable, and the production process complies with ISO 14001 environmental management system.
