Usage:
The rubber injection molding machine is suitable for making various kinds of rubber and silicone craft products, electrical insulation products, sex products, medical products, sporting products, cookware.
Description:
1. Injecting Rubber after the mould being blocked, high molding pressure in inner cavity of the mould, high density construction of products, precised size with less scurf.
2. High speed open/close molds, high production efficiency, low blocking speed, protect mold.
3. Automatic in/out mold and ejector device, low labor strength.
4. Optional normal valve or proportional valve and matching-advanced oil way, reduce energy consumption.
5. The electric system adopts PLC programming control, which is easy to be operated.

Standard configurations are the entire computer, the electro-hydraulic proportional control system, high degree of automation, special configuration for users with computerized frequency conversion power- saving control system. These series products are high efficiency, power-saving, stable and reliable.
2. Injection volume and the stroke of mould-open & close can be calculated and controlled precisely by electronic ruler, mould-open & close is a multi-polar speed regulation.
3. Injecting, preplasticating screw and feeding cylinder are nitrogen treated, with abrasion resistant.
4. Heating plate uses cast aluminum overall heating, computer PID control, precision temperature; injecting, preplasticating feeding cylinder use hot oil heating method, stable.
5. Infrared light screen protection devices ensure operation safe.
6. Equipped with moving mould, ejection, mechanical tip and core devices.
7.Applicable line: uto Rubber Parts, Body Rubber Parts, Rubber Boots for Cables, Hydraulic Seals, Engine Mountings, Anti Vibration Mountings .
