Product Description
MAISHI offers a full line of woven wire cloth and woven mesh products to meet the requirements for a wide range of applications. We manufacture and supply custom wire cloth of all varieties including plain, twilled, dutch, and reverse dutch and twill. MAISHI designs woven wire cloth to meet specific product requirements, reducing clients' costs and increasing production efficiencies.
Plain/Twilled woven Filter Cloth
Both weaves are economical; with the plain weave the most common and economic to produce. Uses of wire mesh include:
- Sizing
- Particle separation and filtering
- Particulate sifting
- Safety and equipment protection.

Dutch weave filter mesh provides superior filtration capabilities for a wide range of applications, including pressure, fuel and liquid filters for the aerospace, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, mining and waste water treatment industries.

Reverse Dutch Weave & Reverse Dutch Twill Weave Wire Cloth
Reverse Dutch weave wire cloth is woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires are used in the warp direction and are woven with a larger shute wire. The smaller wires are woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The larger wire provides strength to the mesh. The primary uses of this wire cloth are filtration and separation of liquid and slurry products.

Hebei Maishi Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Manufacture Factory is one of the top manufacturers and exporters of stainless steel wire mesh. Our company was connected with production of metal wire mesh since 1986 and monofilament polyester screen printing mesh(bolting cloth) and nylon printing meh since 1995, in China. The machinery( Width 3900mm from Switzerland Sulzer and WJ1300/1600 A, B, D) and apparatus used in production process fully based on the high computer technology.

Delivery time:

Shipment:

Payment:
1) 100%T/T in advance if order amount less than USD10000.00
2) 30% paid in advance and 70% balance paid before shipment if order amount more than USD10000.00.
3) Irrevocable L/C at sight.
