Q: What are the prices?
A: Our prices are determined by a number of factors, including product model, specific configuration, quantity and pricing terms (FOB, CIF, CPT, FCA, etc.).

Q: What payment options do you have?
A: We accept wire transfers (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C).

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Generally, 30% by wire transfer as deposit and the remaining 70% before delivery.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For the whole machine, the MOQ is 1 piece; for parts, the MOQ is 1 piece.

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Sample orders are accepted. However, if the value is high, free samples will not be provided.

Q: What are your packaging conditions?
A: We use general export packaging for our products and accept wooden crates.

Q: How long is the production lead time (delivery time)?
A: For shipping parts, we usually have sufficient stock and the lead time is usually about 30 days.

A: Yes, we provide warranty service. The warranty period varies by model and can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What about your after-sales service and maintenance?
A: We provide repair and maintenance services abroad. We can also provide electronic versions of our Maintenance Manuals in English and Chinese. These manuals cover all exported products and provide reliable technical guidance for market service training.
