Introduction:
The press is divided into three forms: frame, four column, and double column, which can meet the requirements of various forging shapes and forging processes. The mechanism is stable, safe, and reliable, and the high stiffness guide design can withstand the bending force generated during eccentric forging, improving the fatigue life and overall stiffness of the frame. The main oil cylinder adopts a plunger cylinder, and the plunger adopts a double ball joint structure. The free forging unit can be equipped with forging operators, loading and reclaiming machines, heating furnaces, feeding trolleys, rotary workbenches, anvils, forging cranes, and other devices.

Application:
Electric power, shipbuilding, metallurgy, chemical, aviation, and aerospace industries, mainly suitable for carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel, stamping dies, and high-temperature alloy steel. It can complete all the processes of free forging such as elongation, upsetting, punching, expanding, core rod elongation, torsion, bending, displacement, cutting, etc. It produces forging products composed of shafts, rods, plates, cakes, rings, and circles and squares, with complete mechanical auxiliary devices.
