1.Overview
GSG15 Mining intrinsically safe speed sensor is suitable for coal level protection signal detection of mine belt conveyor protection device, which is suitable for coal mine underground environment containing explosive gas (CH4), open-pit coal mine, coal preparation plant and other workplaces.
2.The main technical parameters
2.1Explosion-proof type: Intrinsic safety type for mining, explosion-proof mark: ExibI Mb.
2.3 Intrinsically safe working voltage: DC12V.
2.4 Intrinsically safe working current: 40mA.
2.5 Measuring range: 0~15r/min; basic error: ±1% (F.S).
2.6 Action performance: The magnetic steel rotates with the rotation of the drum, and each time the magnetic steel passes the sensor, the reed switch conducts once.
2.7 Output signal: 1 channel 0~0.25Hz passive contact type frequency signal output, contact capacity DC12V/1A (resistive load). When it is on, the contact resistance is ≤0.5Ω, the leakage resistance when it is off is ≥100kΩ, and the duty cycle is 50% to 96%.
