How it works
Spindleless veneer lathe:
The non-stuck rotary cutter /spindless peeling machine does not rely on the stuck shaft to hold the log, but uses the friction roller or the drive roller to rotate the log while the blade cuts.
Main features:
1. No card shaft: reduce the damage to the log, especially suitable for small diameter or irregular shape of the log.
2. High flexibility: suitable for logs of different diameters and lengths.
3. High degree of automation: Usually equipped with automatic control system, easy to operate.
Spindle veneer lathe:
The clamping cutter fixes both ends of the log through the clamping shaft, drives it to rotate, and the blade cuts at the same time.
Main features
1. Clamp shaft fixed: suitable for large diameter, regular shape of logs.
2. High stability: card shaft fixed to provide better stability, suitable for high-precision cutting.
3. Traditional design: Mature technology, widely used.
