Production process flow

This equipment is a production line composed of a loading trolley, uncoiling, feeding, disc blade longitudinal shearing machine, damping pre splitting, winding unit, unloading trolley, control system, etc. Its main function is to cut a wider metal coil into multiple strips of the required width along the length direction. Prepare billets for processes such as rolling, punching, cold bending, and stamping.
