Pro-Therm series of high temperature resistantSpecial separation coil MEMBRANE elements are meticulously crafted from PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high-temperature-resistant diaphragm combined with unique heat-resistant materials. Designed to excel in hot water disinfection systems, this innovative approach negates the need for chemical disinfection, elevating product quality and ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems in environments with low cross flow and no suspended solids at elevated temperatures up to 70°C (158°F), these membranes are adept at concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids laden with high dissolved solids, which are traditionally challenging for membrane processes due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our water yield and desalination rates are derived under rigorous standard test conditions: for the NF membrane, we use a 2000ppm MgSO4 solution, tested at 0.48 MPa, 25ºC with a 15% recovery rate. For the RO membrane, we employ a 2000ppm NaCl solution, tested at 1.55 MPa, 25ºC with a 15% recovery rate. These parameters are established before any hot water disinfection process.
2. The water yield can vary within a range of +/- 15%. Please note that the final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. Model F34 features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. We also offer additional shells, meshes, and components to suit your specific needs.
