Description to Drum Microfiltration Machine 
JY series Rotary Rrum Microfiltration Machine adopts 15-20 micron gap filtration process.
Microporous separation is a method of mechanical filtration. It is suitable for separating the solids
in the liquid to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation. The equipment can remove fine
particles over 0.25-2.0mm in water, and is most suitable for papermaking, leather making, slaughtering,
winemaking, food, chemical fiber and sewage treatment in various industries such as textiles, etc.,
especially suitable for the treatment of papermaking wastewater, achieving closed-cycle reuse.

Working Principle 
The Microfiltration Machine is a rotary drum screen filter. The treated wastewater enters the
drum along the axial direction and flows out through the screen in a radial form. The impurities
in the water such as the fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc. will be retained on the inner filter
screen surface of the drum. When the impurities trapped on the filter screen have been brought
to the upper part by the drum, they will be backwashed to the outlet pipeline by the pressure
flushing water and flow out. During running, the 2/5 diameter of the drum come out from the
water surface with rotation speed is 1--4r/min. And the filtration speed of the filter screen can
be 30-120m/h, the flushing water pressure is 0.5-1.5 bars, The flushing water amount is
0.5--1.0% of the filtration water. When used in reservoir water treatment, the algae removal
efficiency is 40--70%, and the plankton removal efficiency is more than 970%.
