Introduce
Stainless steel mesh cloth also known as stainless steel wire cloth, stainless steel filter.
Stainless steel mesh cloth with stainless steel wire woven in accordance with the order of longitude and latitude, mesh can be according to the size of mesh and wire diameter to distinguish the specifications.
Stainless wire mesh is especially useful because it is extremely chemical resistant, works with hot or cold liquids, and is easily cleaned.
According to the knitting type, it is divided into four types

1. Material:304 304L 316 316L
2. Weaving: plain/Twill weave
3. Applications:Sizing (screening), separation (filtering), refining, drying, reinforcement, catalysts, conveyors, shielding, and other industrial, mining and agricultural applications
Plain weave Also called linen weave or taffeta weave, it is the basic type of weaving. In plain weave, the warp and weft are aligned, so they form a simple crisscross pattern.Each weft thread passes through a warp thread, and then passes through a warp and weft thread, and so on. The next latitude is performed under the longitude passed by its neighbor, and vice versa.

Twill Dutch weave wire cloth combines Dutch and twill weaving to provide a fine mesh filtering cloth. Shute wires are passed over and under two warp wires, providing a tight, fine filter with tapered openings.

Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Cloth

Reverse Twill Dutch weave wire cloth
1. Material:304 304L 316 316L2. Weaving:plain weave and twill weave
3. Applications:Aerospace, Petroleum, Chemical industry, Chemical fiber, Machinery, Plastic products, Conveying, Other industries.
Manufactured as a Reverse Plain Dutch Weave in a twill pattern, which reduces the deformation of the warp wire, this cloth is very stable and particularly strong in the warp direction with a high flow rate.
It is well suited to high-pressure filtration including continuous filter screens used in polymer filtration and selected sand screen applications for which custom/bespoke specifications have been developed.
