1. Working Principle
The stainless steel multifunctional plate and frame filter is a product that integrates coarse filtration, fine filtration and ultrafiltration. The main condition is to select different filter media according to the user's requirements for the production of products, so as to achieve the purpose of decarbonization, clarification and sterilization. It can also be used for residue removal and water treatment. It is widely used in large and medium-sized hospital preparations, pharmaceutical factory large infusion oral liquid production, winery brewing, beverage factory mineral water filtration and light industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, environmental protection and other departments of liquid clarification filtration, liquid-solid suspension residue filtration and gas purification filtration. The product has a novel structure, compact, beautiful shape, easy operation, durable and wide range of applications.

2. Instructions for use
1. When using, rinse repeatedly with 3-5% sodium carbonate solution, then rinse with clean water, and then disinfect and test the pH value to reach the permitted range.
2. Check whether the silicone ring of the filter is placed flat to prevent water leakage. The thin filter material can be moistened with distilled water and attached to the filter plate. The filter plate should be placed in the silicone ring and the top plate should be pressed tightly.
3. When starting the infusion pump, close the inlet valve first, then start it, pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, gradually open the pressure required by the inlet valve, and exhaust the air, then it can be filtered. The general working pressure is less than 0.1-0.2Mpa.
4. When using, pay attention to the speed of increase and sudden drop of the pressure gauge to judge whether the filter material is blocked and broken.
5. When stopping the pump, close the inlet valve first to prevent the sudden stop of the pump and the liquid backflow from damaging the filter material, then stop the pump and open the bleed bolt. After the filtrate is exhausted, loosen the top plate, and replace the filter material and clean it.
6. If this machine uses a microporous filter membrane for fine filtration, the liquid must first be filtered with a coarser filter material and then used after pre-filtration to avoid clogging the microporous filter membrane and affecting the filtration quality.
7. This machine can be used for filter media: gauze, linen, cotton, silk, canvas, nylon silk, filter paper, asbestos board, microporous filter membrane, ultrafiltration membrane.

Note: After changing different filter media and liquids, the flow rate is different, so production units generally choose filters with larger flow rates. The equipment diameter and filtration area can be customized according to customer requirements.
