Working Principle
The machine works through stators and rotors of different shapes. When rolling at high speed, the stator and rotor move relative to each other. When the material is crushed under the action of its own weight, air weight and centrifugal force, when the gap is adjusted, the material in the stator bears a strong shearing force. , friction, impact and high-frequency vibration to crush, grind and mix materials evenly to obtain ideal products.
The grinding chamber is divided into three stages of grinding: the first stage - coarse grinding, the second stage - fine grinding, the third stage - micro grinding, the gap between the stator and the rotor can be adjusted to obtain ideal products. (Materials can be ground repeatedly)
