1. Superior Construction: Our decoiler machines are built on a solid foundation using national standard H-shaped steel for the base. This provides superior load-bearing capacity and enhanced stability compared to the I-shaped steel used by most manufacturers in their decoiler machines.
2. Enhanced Strength: The main body of our decoiler machines undergoes a bending treatment rather than traditional welding. We further reinforce our machines with supporting tiles and back wheels made from thickened cold-drawn flat steel. This significantly bolsters the overall strength of the machine body.
3. Reinforced Design: Our design includes a back arc that is bent to reinforce the strength of the fuselage, a feature you won't find in most decoilers that use thin sealing plates.
4. Long-Term Durability: We've addressed the common issue of main shafts falling off after prolonged use. Our main shaft inside the body is securely fastened with square nuts, offering a more durable solution than the gasket screws used by many other manufacturers.
The tiles are made of A3 material, after cutting, flash processing.remiling tile bevel, bending, drilling and milling groove procedures.
