1. Working principle:
Flange stainless steel electric heating element(also known as the plug-in electric heater):
U-shaped tubular electric heating element is adopted, which is assembled on the flange cover according to the design specification of heating different media according to the power configuration requirements, inserted into the material to be heated, and a large amount of heat generated when the heating element works is conducted to the heated media to raise the temperature of the media to meet the required process requirements. When the temperature of the medium reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater after PID operation according to the temperature sensor signal, and realizes temperature control on the resistive load of the heating element. Make the temperature of the medium uniform and meet the required requirements; When the heating element is overtemperature or low liquid level, the interlock protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent the heating element from burning and prolong the service life.

Please place the heating pipe in an air-drying place when the heating pipe is not used for a long time, keep the plastic bag sealed, and do not place it in a humid environment. when the insulation is low, it can be dried in a 200ºC oven.
