UHT tubular sterilizer can sterilize fruit juice, jam, dairy or similar materials.The equipment can simultaneously complete the function of heat sterilization and cooling of the material, but also can automatically control and record some important technical parameters , such as the sterilization temperature, which not only reduces the influence of human factors on the sterilization process, but also record the normal production process.
UHT Tubular sterilizer is mainly composed of steam system, material system, hot water system, cooling system and other parts.All these parts are compact, with small occupied floor and easy to transport and install.
UHT tubular sterilizer can be divided into tubular sterilizer and tube-in-tube sterilizer. Tubular sterilizer is mainly applied to materials with good fluidity, low viscosity of the material such as juice, milk and other beverages ; While tube-in-tube sterilizer with four-layer casing structure, is applied to the jam, pulp, maltodextrin and other materials with poor mobility, high viscosity.

Working principle
Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterrilizer into the heat exchanger unit.
Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp fot sterilizing the product,then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water.
Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water.
After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid.
