Product Description
The stainless steel water pressure tank is widely used in dairy products, beverage, bio-engineering, pharmacy, meticulous chemical industry, etc. The shell is set up with inter layer and heat preservation layer which can heat up, refrigeration and keep warm.
Structure characteristics of the stainless steel water pressure tank:
1. Made of single-layer stainless steel structure.
2. Materials are all sanitary stainless steel.
3. Humanized structure design and easy to operate.
4. Transition area of interior wall on tank adopts arc for transition to ensure no dead comer of sanitation.
Configuration of stainless steel water tank:
1. Quick open manhole.(or pressure type )
2. Various types of CIP cleaners.
3. Fly and insect resistant sanitary breathing cover.
4. Adjustable triangular bracket.
5. Dismountable materials input pipe assembly.
6. Thermometer (According to customer requirements).
7. Ladder (According to customer requirements).
8. Liquid level meter and level controller (According to customer requirements).
Jhenten Quality Control for stainless steel waterpressure tank :
1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized
3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too
4.After finishing the surface finish ,our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data .
5.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .
6.The nozzle's position 's confirm also is checked by our quality control people .
