Steel Bending Machine (Automatic type GW55D)
It is ideal equipment for steel bar bending working.This model has reasonable design,simply structure.It enables to bend bars of diameters¢ 3~42mm to various shapes,which is applicable in many kinds of construction projects such as bridge,tunnel etc.

Products Advantages:
1.The working disk is inserted into the working table which made the external appearance pleasant at sight and the operation easy to handle.
2.Adopted the FULLY ENCLOSED TYPE CASE so that distortions, which happen under the condition of heavy load, can be avoided.
3.GEAR, GEAR SHAFT, WORKING DISK, STOP GAUGE and PILE HEAD are made of high quality ALLOY STEEL which has undertaken the HEAT TREATMENT (quenching and tempering, high frequency), this is in order to make sure that the important parts can ensure reliable operation also under heavy load conditions and guarantee LONG-LASTING WORKING LIFE.
4.Totally adopt bearing type featured with FLEXIBLE MOVEMENT and LONG WORKING LIFE.
5.Unlike normal benders, there is no need to add lubricant frequently on to the main bearing sliding bush, just pour enough lubricant before use. It is also CONVENIENT for usage and MAINTENANCE.
6.The AUTOMATIC model adopted Brake Motor, insert pin type location disk to ensure the ACCURACY of bending radian and the convenience of the adjustment.
7.The stop gauge can be INSTALLED from FOUR DIFFERENT CORNERS four different corners to realize the requirement of putting steel bar from various directions.
8.The articulated type motor is convenient and FAST to adjust.
9.The controlling table adopted rotary type which made the transportation and operation full of HUMANIZATION.
