2. Steel plate shot blasting machine introduction
Steel plate shot blasting machineis one kind of roller conveyor shot blasting machines. It can remove all rust, corrosion and mill scale from steel plate and provides ideal surface finish (SA2.5) for securing a continuous and effective bond between the steel surface and coat.
The main difference of this machine to others offered in the marketplace is the angled arrangement of the shot blast wheels on the top of the machine. This arrangement reduces the build up of abrasive on the sections of longer profiles. By using this method a significantly larger percentage of the blasting energy is used on the main task, i.e. de-rusting and scale removal from sheet metal and profiles, and avoids creating piles of abrasive.

- Roller conveyor system including: inlet roller conveyor, blasting chamber roller conveyor, and outlet roller conveyor.
- The workpiece conveying system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed, which can not only run synchronously, but also work independently.
- A roller is first welding and then processing, to ensure the concentricity of the roller.
- The roller conveyor in the chamber is protected by a wear-resistant sheath with high chrome wear-resistant casting iron, which can be replaced simply after wear.
- Compression rollers are installed at multiple positions in the steel conveying system to collect data on the operating status of the steel. These data are sent to the PLC to generate corresponding actions to achieve the purpose of automatic operation
