* Pre-acceptance and training of equipment
After all the equipment is manufactured, the buyer's relevant technical personnel are invited to the equipment manufacturing factory to participate in the pre-acceptance and training of equipment.
**Pre-acceptance content:
(1) General inspection
(2) Safety inspection
(3) Induction coil assembly size inspection
(4) Induction coil manufacturing quality inspection and insulation withstand voltage test
(5) Measurement of the electrical gap between the induction coil and the heating body
(6) Insulation resistance measurement of induction coil and fixed body
(7) Measurement of insulation resistance between induction coil and fixed screw rod
(8) Medium frequency coil insulation withstand voltage test
(9) Pressure test of hydraulic system
(10) Hydrostatic test of induction coil
(11) Inspection of electrical interlocks and ancillary devices
(12) Inspection of various protection functions such as electrical fault display, monitoring, and alarming
(13) Accessory kit inspection, including model, specification, and factory certificate inspection
(14) Inspection of the scope of supply and completeness of factory technical documents
**Training
The seller provides users with technical training on the following contents:
(1) Equipment installation training
(2) Training on electrical control design principles (including: protection, monitoring, fault display, etc. in electrical design)
(3) Equipment repair and daily maintenance training
(4) Training on troubleshooting of common equipment faults and special faults
** All pre-acceptance items and test data should be attended and signed by personnel from both parties, and should be provided to the user for archiving.
** Only after the acceptance work is completed and both parties agree to sign, can the seller package the equipment for shipment.
*Installation, debugging and final acceptance
1 After the equipment arrives at the site, relevant experts will be dispatched to the equipment installation site to guide the installation according to the time notified by the user. After the installation is completed, the equipment will be debugged.
2 The seller's experts will provide on-site training to the user's equipment operation and maintenance personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
3 The final acceptance of the equipment should be at the user's site. The acceptance items include:
(1) All factory inspection items and comprehensive safety inspections;
(2) Measurement of sensor power and heating productivity;
(3) Measurement of cooling medium temperature rise;
(4) Measurement of sensor component temperature;
(5) Measurement of workpiece temperature;
(6) Check the deviation between the workpiece temperature and the set temperature;
(7) Check the reliability and sensitivity of the alarm system;
(8) Verification according to the provisions mentioned in the technical requirements;
(9) Verification of equipment trial operation stability.
After all project inspections and tests are completed, a final acceptance report will be written and will take effect after both parties agree and sign.
*Product quality control measures
1 When selecting raw materials and external accessories, our company has established a complete set of qualified sub-suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and external accessories.
2 During the production process, each component has a quality responsibility tracking card indicating the person responsible for each processing step and the final inspector. There are special process rules for key parts such as inductors and reactors to ensure that unqualified parts from the previous process will never flow into the next process.
3 Products must undergo factory inspection before leaving the factory. The content includes appearance inspection, mechanical dimensional inspection, insulation inspection of induction coil, withstand voltage test and water pressure test. After passing all inspections, the inspector will fill in the product qualification certificate and archive various test data records to ensure traceability of product quality.
* Product Quality Guarantee
1 This equipment is made of brand new, high-quality materials that are consistent with the equipment's technical specifications. All material aspects are consistent with the equipment's technical specifications.
2 The main external accessories of the equipment have product qualification certificates issued by the original manufacturer.
3 This equipment has a warranty period of 18 months from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails due to poor manufacturing or poor quality of external accessories, the buyer will repair or replace the corresponding parts free of charge.
4 Provide 24-hour response service. After receiving the user's service request, the fault problem will be solved within 24 hours domestically.
5 Ensure the stability of parts production and provide spare parts to users at preferential prices (lower than the market price in the same period) in the long term.
*After-sales service
1 Answer users' questions and provide users with advanced technical information free of charge.
2 Provide equipment floor plans and civil foundation reference drawings.
3 After the plan design is completed, users are invited to participate in the plan review.
4 During the product manufacturing period, users can supervise the manufacturing progress and inspect the quality of the product at any time as needed.
