Here we are introducing ours 03-head grinder, which include two small honing stones and one big grinding stone, the honing stone own Coarse feed & Refined feed, correspond to the upper and bottom oil knife grinding head, through the ball screw transmission, precision trapezoidal thread, this precise and small strokes action by hand wheel rotation, Metal wheel assist with scales, the main sharpening wheel is automatic drive.
Characters:-- High-strength gantry welding mechanism, the overall structure is solid and compact; inner cavity structure with anti-twist and shock absorption functions, and the internal stress of the bed is eliminated by thermal heat treatment.
--The rail belt adopts mounted rectangular linear guide rail, and can be replacement, ensuring that the accuracy is not affected by the wear of working.
--Rotary electromagnetic chuck workbench, using high-quality copper coil, strong and uniform suction power, and high stability.
