Flexible Gravity Roller Conveyor
Flexible gravity conveyors offer an economical solution for loading items into a truck and unloading items from the truck. These conveyors easily expand to reach from within a store or from the end of a fixed conveyor to the front wall of the trailer. They can also gradually contract or expand as the trailer is filled or emptied for maximum efficiency and ergonomic benefit.
Flexible conveyors can be curved into various configurations to deliver to multiple loading docks. Flexible conveyor solutions allow for fewer operators, increased speed, improved ergonomics and safety, and more efficient loading and unloading.

Cartons will follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.
Expandability
Conveyors are designed to expand and contract as needed to help with the loading and unloading process. Once trucks are loaded or unloaded, conveyors can be conveniently contracted and stored to save floor space.
Conveyor come with zinc plated Diameter 50 mmsteel rollers. The zinc plated rollers provide maximum durability.
Axle Centers
Axle centers are measured from centerline to centerline of rollers, and ensure that materials remain securely on the conveyor while maintaining efficient flow. Proper axle centers are determined by the smallest item that will be conveyed. The industry standard is three rollers should be under a carton at all times.
