1. Equipment feature
1.1 Water cooled short net: includes water cooled copper tube bus-bar, water cooled cables, forged copper contact pad, etc.
1.2 Pressure ring type electrode holder: hydraulic type pressure holder keeps copper pads and electrode contacting good.
1.3 Hydraulic electrode lifting and pneumatic electrode clamping.
1.4 Semi-closed type lower fume hood.

Features of the equipment: For submerged arc furnaces, the lining will be made of carbon or magnesia refractory material. The electrode is self-baking. The electrode will be inserted into the charging material.' The material will be molten by arc and current. The charging material will be continuously adding. The tapping will be batch type. It is a continuously operation industry furnace.
