The gas-liquid mixture at the outlet of the sulfonator needs to pass through the 03F1 gas-liquid separator, which is a vessel with a large cross-section in which the liquid flows downward and enters into the extraction pump, and the gas is discharged from the upper part into the 03F2 cyclone separator.
03F2 Cyclone Separator is a rotary vessel, after the exhaust gas is separated by cyclone, the black sulfonic acid is discharged from the lower part to collect or return to the dope, and the gas is discharged from the top into the 03F4 electrostatic precipitator (ESP), which further removes SO3 ions in the gas through the high-voltage electric field.
The 03F2 Cyclone separator is made of SS316L stainless steel with 100-mesh internal polishing.
