We have 10 machining centers, which are imported brands with high precision; BT50 and BT40 vertical machining center made by Doosan ; radial drills ; flat grinders and turret milling machine. Ultrasonic cleaning machine and salt spray testing machine are also equipped.

| Details | We have professional deburring tools and experienced staff to remove large burrs and flanges by hand grinding. Then, ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the valve block thoroughly. The oil impurities in the internal flow of the valve block will be cleaned by the high-frequency vibration of the cleaning fluid. The endoscope is used to check the deeper drill way to ensure that the valve block is completely without burr and impurities. |
