Warranty Policy
The warranty periods commence on the invoice date of original purchase. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty periods and extends only to the original purchase of the product. Parts reparied or replaced under the term of this warranty will be warranted for the reminder of the original warranty period only.

This warranty shall NOT apply to the following:
1. Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as outlined in the owner's manual.
2. The equipment misses a serial number or with a serial number tag that has been altered or removed.
3. Human mistake, collision, does not follow the usage instructions, or misuse(we may charge the parts fee).

A1:Within 15-35 Working Days.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
A2: 1 set both strength equipment and cardio machine (treadmill or exercise bike will be ok ).
Q3: Do you have any certification?
A3: Yes, we have passed CE, ISO9001, RoHS, EN957, etc.
Q4: How about the payment?
A4:We support the T/T ,L/C, West Union(30% deposit,70% balances before the shipment )
Q5: Do you accept OEM and ODM?
A5:Yes, we sell our own brand Sunsforce, we accept OEM and ODM as well with your logo and requirements.
Q6: Can we visit your factory?
A6: Sure. We are located in Qingdao, Shandong China. Please make an appointment in advance, and we will arrange it accordingly.
