Product Description
Catalase GR-M109
Product Description

Catalase GR-M109 is submerged fermented by non-pathogenic bacteria, is mainly used for bio purification after oxygen bleaching, before dyeing, remove hydrogen peroxide residued in fabrics and its processing environment after oxygen bleaching. If the hydrogen peroxide is not removed clearly, will destroy reactive dyes gene, can not form effective covalent bond between dyes and cotton fibers, which will result in light color, color flower and other dyeing defects.

Appearance: brown liquid
PH value: 5.5-7.0
Solubility: soluble in water

Product Advantages

  1. Remove residued hydrogen peroxide thoroughly, confirm and improve dyeing quality;
  2. Reduce amount of production using water, reduce emission;
  3. Decrease energy consumption, save water, electricity and steam;
  4. Shorten processing time, improve production efficiency and production quantity.
  5. Be green, hydrogen peroxide be resolved into natural components of water and oxygen.
